Some people struggle with being overweight; I on the other hand struggled for a period of my life being under weight. It became so bad that I got to a place of battling anorexia, a mental disorder that decreases one’s appetite for food. I remember days of asking myself, “Did you eat today?” when I asked that question the answer was usually no. I had become so busy that I failed to discipline myself to sit down and have a decent meal. During that time I weighted under 100 pounds and wore less than a size 0. However, I made the choice to seek the Lord for help. I was led to eat a piece of toast every day and drink water throughout the day. Believe it or not, that took great discipline for me. It was a battle because my mind would tell me that I didn’t want to eat and my body would seem to agree. I would feel nauseous at the thought of eating but I forced myself to eat and I said to my body, “You are going to take this toast and you are not going to reject it, it is going to stay in your stomach.” There were days that I would hate to think about the next time I had to eat because of the way it made me feel, but I kept at it, I disciplined myself in spite of how I felt; I would not listen to the voice of my body and it paid off for me in the end. It was hard, but I did what I needed to do because I wanted to live and have a long healthy life.-from an anorexic
“There is a way that seems right unto man but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Only while googling the above scripture to find the reference text, I realised that there are two reference texts, Proverbs 14:12 and Proverbs 16:25 This must be really important to be in the Bible, God’s book, twice. After all His word is yea and amen. Whats that mean? His word is true, there’s no in between’s, nothing like a half truth in His book. Many times , we think we know, that we have the idea, the solution of what to do All things work together for good to them that love the Lord! Never get greedy, whatever God gives you say thanks romans 10:10 for with the heart man believe unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation Don’t be desensitised to the will of God. Keep seeing Jesus with all!
Everyone goes to heaven. God loves us and would not really subject anyone to eternal punishment.
God loves us. Many people believe we’ll all get to heaven (except for a few really bad people). They say, after all, most of us are basically good.
Here are the facts: God makes it very clear that He is just and fair. He doesn’t make a set of rules and then later change them. He doesn’t promise one thing and then do something different. What God has said right from the beginning (Genesis) is that there is a penalty that needs to be paid if we break His law (commands). That penalty is death.
We have two options:
1) If we never break any of God’s laws, in other words if we perfectly obey all of God’s commands, we’ll have eternal life with God in heaven. There is a problem, however. NO ONE has ever been able to do it. My guess is that not one person reading this has even obeyed just the Ten Commandments. This means we are all under the death penalty.
2) If we can find someone else to die in our place (pay our penalty for us) that solves our problem. However, every other person is already responsible for paying the death penalty for their own breaking of God’s laws.
God saw this problem and He provided a solution. God does not change the rules—that wouldn’t be fair—so someone had to die to pay our penalty for sin (law breaking). God decided that He would die—and so Jesus Christ died in our place taking the penalty for our sins.
So we have two alternatives: We can accept God’s gift to us—that Jesus died in our place, or we have the only other alternative, which is eternity in hell.
We choose: If we disobey God, then God let’s us. It’s our choice. He even says that those who disobey Him will get their reward here on earth. This means, for example, that those who spend their time building earthly treasure can enjoy that treasure here on earth. In America we have a lot of earthly treasure and we spend a lot of time enjoying it.
But, our time on earth to enjoy our earthly treasure is, at most, about 100 years. That is a very brief time compared with eternity.
If while we are here on earth we recognize we are breaking God’s law (we sin), that the penalty is death, and God (Jesus) has paid that penalty for us, then our reward will be throughout eternity — which is a very long time.
Let’s look at this from a slightly different perspective.

thats why many shall say ‘Lord Lord’ and not enter the kingdom of God.
grimacing. do what God says.
what would you have done
you know we can never get chicken pox, measels, mums and all those diseases more than once. why? our super cool immune system stores the antibodies it makes after it fights a disease. so before it gives us symptoms again, already defeated.
isn’t that cool
you know whats bigger than chicken pox, measels, mums… sin, death, terminal diseases. your immune system doesn’t handle that one. the blood through Jesus’ veins took care of all that. Thats why we ‘plead the blood.’
When the roll is called up yonder , I’ll be there
even if you’re not big on oldies, point is God made the plans of diversity. imagine white, black, indian, caucasian, latino, asian, mixed, of all tribes and nations, lifestyles and social classes being called up to God.
not cause they were born better than anybody else but they brought it (their sin ) before God. amazing God did make us to have a dictating relationship with him, but one of love and people still reject him
People God is love, but don’t take that for a far stretch, or any stretch at all. God loves you no matter where you are, he doesn’t love where you are
SO come out and come to God, my life was a mess and he took me as I am :)
Changing better and better by God’s grace.
Thought life, action life, words and all, all aim for God’s glory.
God is love. God loves you. I do too. God bless. Safe night everyone, Godspeed.
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
8All these are the beginning of sorrows. (matthew 24)
Everything is permissible for me, but not everything is beneficial. Everything is permissible for me, but I must not be slave to anything. 1 Corinthians 6:12

1. People can be ungrateful, don’t always remember kindness.
2. People don’t like to be opposed.
3. The truth hurts
